Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for select locations. Rates calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Standard International (10–20 business days)
- Expedited International (5–10 business days)
Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@coziobot.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that once a package has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer, as outlined in our Terms of Service. However, we are committed to helping you reach a satisfactory resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@coziobot.com and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
